Summary

CGC Recruitment are working in partnership with a well established Commercial & Industrial building head contractor who have recently been awarded new projects regionally in WA, where they would like to bring on board an experienced Site Manager to take the lead in delivering regional projects. 

The business have been established for over 10 years, with a proven track record in delivering large scale warehouses, distribution centres, logistics facilities & NPI projects - typically ranging from $20-60m. 

The Role - Site Manager

As a Site Manager, although the business also have delivered a variety of metro based projects in & around Perth, they have recently secured some new regional projects, so would like to bring on board an experienced Site Manager who is comfortable with regional travel, as & when required. 

When working on regional projects, you will get access to both an increased site uplift, accommodation & LAHFA. 

You'll be comfortable being a standalone Site Manager on a project, with the support from a Project Manager, however you will be the one driving the site, managing sub contractors, materials & labour etc. 

Permanent package - ranging from $150-165k + Super + other benefits, depending on experience.
