Award winning Tier 2 builder requires a highly skilled and experienced Retail Fit-Out Specialist Site Manager for a challenging 16-week project in the heart of Adelaide's CBD.

Supported by a Project Manager, Contract Administrator and skilled leading hand, the successful candidate will be charged with managing a $1.1M prestigious fit out project that will likely lead to further opportunities in the Adelaide.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage retail fit-out project from start to finish
• Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of projects, adhering to the client's specifications
• Lead and supervise site teams, contractors, and subcontractors
• Maintain a strong focus on health and safety standards, ensuring compliance at all times
• Manage on-site logistics, ensuring smooth workflow and minimal disruptions
• Ensure all work is completed within budget and on schedule
• Effectively communicate with stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and team members

Essential Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years' experience as a Site Manager, ideally with a background in retail fit-outs
• Proven track record in managing retail construction projects
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong knowledge of safety procedures and regulations
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills
