You will play a critical role in managing all site operations, ensuring the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations on site, managing subcontractors and suppliers
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and quality standards
- Monitor project progress, address any delays or issues, and implement solutions
- Coordinate with the project team, contractors, and stakeholders
- Conduct regular site inspections and ensure proper documentation and reporting
- Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets
- Ensure smooth handover and final inspections upon project completion
- Proven experience managing the construction of petrol stations or similar fuel infrastructure projects
- Strong understanding of building regulations and safety standards for petrol stations
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive the project to successful completion
- Previous experience working on large-scale commercial builds is highly regarded
- Work on an exciting, high-profile project with a Tier 2 Builder
