Job description

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled professional with specific experience in building petrol stations.
  
You will play a critical role in managing all site operations, ensuring the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee day-to-day operations on site, managing subcontractors and suppliers
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and quality standards
  • Monitor project progress, address any delays or issues, and implement solutions
  • Coordinate with the project team, contractors, and stakeholders
  • Conduct regular site inspections and ensure proper documentation and reporting
  • Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets
  • Ensure smooth handover and final inspections upon project completion
Required Skills and Experience:
  • Proven experience managing the construction of petrol stations or similar fuel infrastructure projects
  • Strong understanding of building regulations and safety standards for petrol stations
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
  • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive the project to successful completion
  • Previous experience working on large-scale commercial builds is highly regarded
