Job description

Company Profile
  • One of Sydney’s premier fit out/refurbishment builders that is busy, securing enough work to hit their entire 24/25 financial year budget already.
  • Company adding additional head count planning for a busy 6 months across multiple repeat business accounts.
  • Project will range from $5M - $50M with varying levels of supervisors required to complete the works.  
  • Work with a team of approx. 140 people with a projected turnover un excess of $300M
The Position
  • You will work closely with the project team ensuring project milestones are hit and safety, quality, programme adhered too.
  • You will receive support from a Project Manager, Contracts Administrator and senior leaders as required to hand over your project
  • You will work with loyal subbies that are known, trusted and paid on time.
  • Working hours will be in line with industry standards which means that some Saturday work will be expected however roasted.
Salary will depend on the level of experience you bring however figures of 130K – 170K can be expected.
  
Background / Experience
  • Trade qualifications with additional tertiary building certificates advantageous
  • Demonstrated ability to have independently delivered projects in excess of $5M or worked as a Foreman on projects in excess of $20M
  • Experience working across fitout / refurbishment projects is a must with new build advantageous   
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships and manage personnel and operate cohesively within a team environment
  • Strong technical, planning & programming skills
  • Extensive knowledge around logistical planning for commercial fitout projects in CBD locations
  • Good safety & company system management skills
  • Valid Drivers Lic
