Summary

CGC Recruitment are working in collaboration with a well established, privately owned tier 3 commercial building head contractor who have recently picked up a new $15m apartment development, south of the river, and require an experienced Site Manager to come on board and deliver the project. 

The client have a proven track record in delivering a range of commercial & apartment construction projects in Perth & WA, typically ranging from $10-50m. 

The Role - Site Manager

As Site Manager, you'll oversee daily on-site operations, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget by managing resources, subcontractors, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. As the primary point of contact for stakeholders, prepare regular progress and financial reports, and maintain accurate project documentation.

Working under an experienced senior management team, in close collaboration with the project delivery team.
