Very well-established Fire Protection business with an excellent reputation. Founded in 2010 they have built up a fantastic team and a huge portfolio of clients across Sydney.
The Role
They are looking for an experienced Service Coordinator to join their team and help organise the service technicians. Your day-to-day duties will involve scheduling, coordinating, fielding inbound calls, raising invoices, timesheets and much more.

Responsibilities
- Handle service and repair enquiries from customers
- Maintain service schedule
- General service administration
- Assist with the coordination of routine service and repair call outs
- Prepare quotes for call outs or repair works
- Prepare draft service agreement for new customers for review by Service Manager
- Review service reports for follow up works and completion of works
- To visit clients when required to understand their requirements, needs and the site conditions
- Log everything on CRM system
