Reporting directly to the business owner, you will be the face of the builder, overseeing the entire home-buying process from start to finish. You will have the autonomy to work in the way that best suits you to drive sales.

Experience/Requirements:
The ideal candidate will possess the following:

• A minimum of 5+ years of experience in residential homebuilding sales
• A proactive, self-starter attitude with the ability to identify and seize opportunities
• Expertise in qualifying and maximizing incoming leads
• In-depth knowledge of the Sydney Metro area
• Professional presentation and strong communication skills
• Ability to thrive with autonomy and establish your own working methods
• Sufficient construction knowledge
