Duties & Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality project management services
• Contract administration, superintendent & principal representative services
• Coordinating and communicating with consultant teams and project stakeholders

Key Requirements

• Demonstrated experience working on construction projects in health / education / social infrastructure / major sporting / aviation,
• Demonstrated experience as a consultant in Project Management
• Relevant tertiary education (Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, Quantity Surveying or similar),
• Sound knowledge of construction industry legislation
• A confident and proactive communicator capable of working as part of a high performing team
• Polished and professional report writing skills
• Solid IT Proficiency
