Utilise the highly experienced in-house architects and design team. As Senior Project Manager you will lead the delivery phase of projects.
  
The position leads in to a Head of Projects for Queensland state.
  
Responsibilities:

• Excel in financial management & maximize project profit.
• Ensure compliance with quality, WHS, & environmental standards.
• Lead & develop teams, delivering projects on time & within budget.
• Negotiate with contractors, seek new opportunities, & assist design for cost-effectiveness.
• Communicate effectively & manage client meetings.
• Build strong client relationships & drive growth.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Comprehensive construction experience – medical / health / imaging projects advantageous but not absolutely essential. New build or fit out.
• Technical competency & construction management software proficiency.
• Strong communication, presentation, & leadership skills.
• Ability to work under pressure & tight deadlines.
