This role is ideally suited for the Senior Environmental Consultant with a consulting background working on infrastructure projects.

The role:

• Lead and deliver environmental assessments, impact statements and environmental management and monitoring plans for infrastructure projects.
• Provide expert advice on environmental permitting for infrastructure projects, including regulatory compliance, and approvals processes at the local, state, and federal levels.
• Coordinate with internal and external design teams, and project stakeholders including end clients.
• Train and mentor junior staff in the delivery of environmental studies and processes.
• Support business development activities including tender responses and building client relationships.
• Engage in learning and development to upskill your capabilities.
• Participate in team building initiatives and contribute to a culture of trust, excellence, and care.
• Contribute to industry research and initiatives.

 
You will have:
 
· Min 10 years’ consulting experience. Those with 15+ years’ experience encouraged to apply
· Tertiary qualification in Environmental Science/ Engineering or Natural Resource Management
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills, especially report writing.
