Location: Mascot (Project in Western Sydney once on site)
Duration: 2-3 months
Job Description:
The Senior Contracts Administrator will be responsible for supporting the delivery of a new water infrastructure project in Western Sydney. Initially this will be an office based role in Mascot for 2-3 months before moving out to the project in Western Sydney if you secure a contract extension. You will be part of a dynamic team and play a critical role in ensuring the project is delivered to the highest standard.

Responsibilities:
- Managing contract administration for the project, including drafting contracts, negotiating terms, and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Reviewing contract documentation to ensure accuracy, completeness and consistency with company policies and standards.
- Working closely with project managers and other stakeholders to identify and mitigate risks associated with contracts.
- Conducting regular performance reviews of contractors to ensure compliance with contract terms.
- Preparing reports and other documentation related to contract administration for review by project management and senior executives.
- Participating in meetings with clients and other stakeholders as required.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Law, Engineering or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in contracts administration in the infrastructure or construction industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with contract management software is an advantage.
