Due to this growth, they are now seeking an experienced Safety Advisor to join their team.

The Role:

• Manage and administer site safety systems.
• Drive a proactive, safety-first culture.
• Conduct audits to ensure compliance with OHS, Injury Management, and QA policies.
• Report directly to the OH&S Manager.
• Input data into the Incident Management System and conduct risk assessments.
• Stay up-to-date with legislation and best practices.

The Person:

• Proven experience in a safety role within major construction projects.
• Certificate IV in OHS (or equivalent experience).
• Strong knowledge of Work Cover and Injury Management.
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Previous experience on civil construction projects is essential.
