About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Contract Administrator to join our team on a short-term contract basis, supporting the delivery of small-scale commercial fit-out and refurbishment projects. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong background in construction contracts, keen to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment with a reputable builder.
Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare, review, and manage subcontractor and supplier contracts
  • Assist the Project Manager with cost control, forecasting, and budget tracking
  • Process progress claims, variations, RFIs, and EOTs
  • Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants to ensure timely project delivery
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and ensure compliance with contract terms
  • Attend site meetings and contribute to project planning and coordination
Skills & Experience
  • Previous experience as a Contract Administrator in the commercial fit-out or refurbishment sector
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple short-term projects concurrently
  • Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Procore, Aconex, MS Project)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Immediate availability preferred
