Job description
The Regional OpEx Leader is responsible for working closely with regional and plant leaders to implement basic tools and methods and gradually seek to create a culture of continuous improvement and the achievement of operational excellence.
In this role you will be responsible for driving the operational excellence agenda at their local level and at a regional level.
I would love to hear from candidates with current experience in operational excellence, lean manufacturing, or process improvement, and ideally already in a leadership role
Key Responsibilities within the role will be across
1.Lean Strategy Development:
2.Process Improvement Leadership
3.Training and Coaching
4.Performance Monitoring and Metrics:
5. Change Management
6. Continuous improvement
7. Budget Management
Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
• Degree educated in Engineering or equivalent
• 5+ years of experience in operational excellence, Lean manufacturing, or process improvement, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
• Fluent English speaker and advantageous to have other language skills
• Strong understanding of Lean principles and tools (Kaizen, 5S, VSM, Root Cause Analysis, etc.).
• Excellent leadership and change management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to influence and engage employees at all levels.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
