About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor/Estimator to join our team for an exciting $50 million building project in West Sydney. This is a contract position requiring a professional with strong expertise in cost estimation and quantity surveying.
Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates for project phases.
• Conduct quantity take-offs and measurements.
• Utilize Cubit and Cost X systems for cost analysis and reporting.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure budget adherence and financial efficiency.
• Assist in contract administration and management.

Qualifications:

• 5-10 years of experience in Quantity Surveying/Estimating, preferably in building projects.
• Proven experience with Cubit and Cost X systems (licenses required).
• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
