Project Manager – Retail Refurbs    
 
The Company:
  • Reputable contractor within the retail space
  • Refurbs up to $10m
  • Projects include retail units, supermarkets, a touch of hospitality and education
  • Live works environment
  • Programme ranges typically between 12-15 weeks
  • Offices interstate
The Position – Project Manager
 
  • Lead and manage multiple projects from concept to completion.
  • Develop project plans, including timelines, budgets, resources, and risk management strategies.
  • Coordinate and liaise with clients, contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, safety standards, and environmental policies.
  • Monitor project progress, ensuring adherence to quality standards and deadlines.
  • Manage budgets and project resources effectively, identifying cost-saving opportunities.
  • Lead site meetings, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Resolve any issues or delays efficiently, maintaining excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ensure all project documentation is maintained accurately and up to date.
  • Foster a collaborative and positive working environment with all teams involved in the project.
   Skills and Experience
 
  • Minimum 4 years’ experience minimum as a Project Manager
  • Experience on similar type projects is beneficial
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Australian working rights
