Our Client 

Up and coming Brisbane based HVAC & Mechanical Contractor are seeking a Project Manager to join the team. 

The role would suit a Junior candidate looking to grow with a business and learn new skills including estimating. 

Alternatively, a more experienced candidate would fit in well too. Someone able to implement processes learned during their career. 

They carry out new build and fit out projects up to $1m in value, including retail, healthcare, sports & leisure, education and more. 

In the next year they are looking to push these projects to the $2m mark and beyond.

The Role & Responsibilities

• Project Management of mechanical and air-conditioning services, from commencement to completion, ensuring that each project is delivered within the nominated timeframe, and that costing & financial budgets are adhered to.
   
• Attend project site coordination meetings, identifying project variances, implementing corrective actions & provide subsequent project reporting.
   
• Project scheduling; resources, staffing (project supervisors), subcontractors, and logistics. 
   
• Maintain high standards of site safety, complying with all relevant local legal regulations. 
• Ability to manage multiple projects at one time

Requirements

• Trade or tertiary qualifications in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration
   
• Project Management experience within the Sydney commercial HVAC market
   
• Experience managing projects from construction to delivery
   
• Project estimating
   
• Excellent client & stakeholder management skills
   
• A collaborative and team-focused approach
