Are you a seasoned Project Manager with a passion for craftsmanship and an eye for detail? Do you have 10+ years of experience in the cabinet making or joinery trade, and a proven track record delivering high-end residential projects in the Sydney market?

As demand for award-winning work continues to grow, we are looking for an experienced and motivated Project Manager to join the dynamic team.
  
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and deliver bespoke residential joinery projects from concept through to completion
  • Liaise with architects, designers, builders, and private clients to ensure expectations are met or exceeded
  • Coordinate production schedules, site logistics, and subcontractors
  • Ensure the highest levels of quality, safety, and client satisfaction
  • Lead site meetings and manage project documentation and reporting
  • Solve any issues efficiently while maintaining timeline and budget control
About you:
  • A minimum of 10 years' experience in the cabinet making/joinery trade, with a strong focus on high-end residential projects
  • Proven experience in project management, ideally within a similar bespoke manufacturing or fit-out environment
  • Strong leadership and organisational skills, with excellent communication and client-facing abilities
  • Deep knowledge of materials, construction methods, and installation techniques
  • A keen eye for design and quality detail
  • Proficiency in project management tools and drawings interpretation (CAD familiarity a bonus)
  • A current driver’s licence and the right to work in Australia
