The Role Reporting directly to the Director and Construction Manager, you will oversee projects from conception to completion, ensuring seamless execution within scope, schedule, and budget. This is a pivotal role within the company, offering strong career progression into construction management.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of project delivery, from planning to completion.
• Develop and oversee budgets, schedules, and project structures.
• Act as the primary client liaison, safeguarding the company’s interests and ensuring project objectives are met.
• Utilise project management software to track resources, materials, and progress.
• Collaborate with Contracts Administrators, Estimators, and Supervisors to achieve project goals.
• Address design and buildability challenges in partnership with clients.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, OHS requirements, and contract negotiations throughout the project lifecycle.
