The Role:
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Project Manager with a proven track record in managing office fit-out projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the project lifecycle, from initial planning and design through to completion. The role involves working closely with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage office fit-out projects up to $2 million in value from start to finish
- Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources
- Coordinate with architects, designers, and subcontractors to ensure the smooth delivery of projects
- Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Manage client expectations and provide regular project updates
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or challenges that may arise during the course of the project
- Ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications
- Proven experience managing office fit-out projects (preferably within the $500K to $2M range)
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, project management tools, and health and safety standards
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise with clients, stakeholders, and contractors
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work under pressure to meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work autonomously and be adaptable to a fast-paced environment
- Relevant qualifications in Project Management, Construction, or a related field are preferred
- Previous experience in a similar role within a small to medium-sized building company is highly desirable
- Immediate availability to start in the Sydney CBD is essential
