• Specialisation includes projects within the educational, commercial, and government sectors valued up to $15M.This includes new construction and fitout/refurbishments.
• Leveraging mid-tier systems and multiple accreditations you will work with an experienced team and enjoy a busy second half of 2024.
• Current staffing levels sit around 30 staff, and plans to steadily grow this and focus on larger construction projects.

The Position

As a Project Manager, you will be deeply involved in early tender processes, programming, and client management and, working closely with your Site Manager to deliver projects in collaboration with subcontractors and the site team. You will oversee project financials and drive program to ensure timely completion of construction items

This role reports to the Construction Manager. The salary, based on experience, ranges from $220K to $240K.

Ideal Background

• Degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering
• Proven experience in delivering commercial new build projects, particularly in the educational or commercial sectors – valued $5M +
• Strong ability to maintain key client relationships and handle front-end project responsibilities
• Comprehensive understanding of the local market and established connections with local subcontractors
• Capability to plan, manage, and deliver multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly with all stakeholders
• Effective negotiation and decision-making skills
• Proficiency in IT, especially Excel and Procore
