We are actively in search of an experienced Project Manager for our client, who specialize in fit-outs, refurbishments, and new construction projects ranging from $500k to $40m, primarily operating in NSW. They have established strong relationships with clients such as the ATO, DoD, Housing, and Parliamentary Services, and are successfully securing substantial contracts across three states. Despite being a relatively small company, they bring substantial experience from top-tier contractors, enabling efficient systems and avoiding the bureaucracy often associated with larger builders.
Job Responsibilities:
The compensation package is negotiable for the right candidate, with our client offering an attractive salary, ideally in the range of $150,000 to $180,000. - Oversee multiple projects within the range of $500k to $15m, primarily serving major government departments in fit-out, refurbishment, and construction projects.
- Being based out of the Sydney office you would Initially work across a $8m refurbishment of an existing building on the Central Coast.
- We are ideally seeking a candidate with a background from top-tier or second-tier construction companies who seeks a transition to a smaller firm, appreciating the flexibility and work-life balance it offers.
- The ideal candidate is a natural communicator skilled at fostering and cultivating strong relationships with government departments and possesses a solid understanding of Design and Construct projects, particularly in driving design consultants through to project delivery.
