The Position

• Joining an established team, you will work across an incredible $100M hotel project in Sydney’s eastern suburbs.
• This complex project includes extensive alterations and additions to existing structures, bringing to life a brand-new complex.
• Reporting to the Project Manager, you’ll play a key role in coordinating design, overseeing subcontractors and consultants, and ensuring that milestones are met on schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

• Help coordinate daily site activities with the Site Manager to meet project milestones
• Review engineering and design deliverables, implementing corrective actions as needed
• Conduct quality control checks, ensuring adherence to budget, programme and performance standards
• Manage RFI process with consultants
• Monitor compliance with applicable codes, QA/QC policies, and specifications

The salary is competitive, based on experience, ranging from $170K to $190K. This project, featuring intricate design elements and world-class amenities, will be a standout addition to your CV.
