Reporting to the Managing Director - Successful candidates will be working on the Montage Gold Kone Project, which is currently in pre-construction phase of building a 11 million tonne per annum Open pit gold mine in the Ivory coast.

The Role

• Prepare schedules, reporting and project control (Earned value analysis) documentation, communicate to stakeholders.
• Maintain project registers, document control and establishment of project systems into early works program
• Manage external EPCM provider, earthworks and non-process infrastructure optimization studies. Provide directions to consultants, manage costs and schedule.
• Assist with scoping and management of the development of non-process infrastructure including Camp site, water harvest and associated pipeline, mining services area.
• Support Operational readiness of the process plant, development of fixed plant mechanical spares list for procurement. (CIL, 11mpta Nameplate).
• Scoping and Management of the Plant site rectification of water, power and air (Managing of external consultants).

Key Qualifications

• Mechanical Engineering Degree or sufficient industry experience.
• Mining project development experience (Familiarity to CIL/CIP construction a plus).
• Background in process, fixed mechanical plant.
• High Degree of proficiency with MS Project, Excel, Work.
• Contract administration and procurement experience as plus.
