Experienced Project Engineer required with a proven track record in the delivery of complex concrete structures such as bridges and water infrastructure (pump stations / water retaining structures) to work on major transport project located North of the river.

The Role

• Monitoring and controlling subcontractors' performance to ensure workmanship standards are met
• Preparing and reviewing project specifications, drawings, and other technical documents
• Ensuring compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards
• Facilitating effective communication with internal and external stakeholders
• Managing budgets, resources, and timelines to ensure project completion on schedule and within budget

Skills and Experience 

• 5 + years experience working on complex concrete structures
• Ideally worked on major projects with a Tier 1 contractor in Australia 
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
• Knowledge of project management principles and techniques, including budgeting, scheduling, and risk management
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
