They are looking for a dynamic and experienced Project Engineer to join their team and contribute to our continued success across multiple high-rise developments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects from design, planning to completion.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants and subcontractors to ensure project specifications and deadlines are met.
• Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety, design, quality and standards.
• Prepare and review design, project schedules, budgets, and reports.
• Resolve any issues or delays that may arise during the design & construction process.
• Maintain effective communication with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
• Ensure all projects adhere to local building codes and regulations.
• Implement and manage quality control programs.
• Utilise project management software to track progress and performance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a project engineering role within the construction industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing high-rise residential development projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
