The Role:
This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced Project Architect to join a reputable and growing firm. In this role, you will take the lead on a variety of projects with the support of a director, ensuring high-quality design and documentation. You will be responsible for managing projects from concept through to completion, collaborating with a diverse team of professionals to deliver outstanding architectural solutions. Initially, you'll be part of the industrial team, with future opportunities to explore and work on a variety of other project typologies.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage medium to large-scale projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to client requirements.
Prepare and oversee detailed Revit documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
Collaborate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to develop and refine design concepts.
Provide mentorship and guidance to junior architects and graduates, fostering a collaborative and learning-oriented environment.
Participate in design competitions to showcase the firm’s creative capabilities and expand the project portfolio.

Key Requirements:
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience as a Project Architect in Sydney, with a strong understanding of the local architectural landscape.
- Proficiency in Revit is essential, with proven experience in producing high-quality documentation.
- Experience working on medium to large scale projects, and industrial project experience would be an advantage.
- Tertiary qualification in architecture.
- Demonstrated experience within the Australian market, with a solid understanding of local building codes and regulations.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with a diverse team of architects, consultants, and stakeholders.
- A proactive and ambitious attitude, with a passion for innovative design and a keen eye for detail.
