I am currently recruiting for a Production Supervisor to lead my clients technician team responsible for ensuring timely and high-quality production, overhaul, repair and testing of products, including:

Electrical systems
Wiring
Electronics Assembly
Electro-Mechanical Assembly

Desirable Qualifications and Skills:

Cert III in electronics and Communication
Forklift Licence
Experience in electronics and/or mechanical manufacture and assembly
Knowledge and understanding of technical information and drawings
Experience in leading a production team

Responsibilities:

Direct the Team to conduct work overhaul assembly and testing of electrical and mechanical systems as directed by the operations Manager / Production Supervisor
Interpret plans, drawings and job set out
Plan and Schedule work orders with resources available
Take responsibility for team and its presentation
Receive, inspect and store products and materials
Work with Engineering / Quality to rectify of non-conformances and incidents
Conduct or coordinate inspections and tests
Identify and report and mitigate safety and environmental risks, hazards and incidents
Complete production documentation including repair reports and work orders.
Ensure that work standards, safe work and environmental protection practices are maintained and improved
Develop and Co-Ordinate skills in technician team
