Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement procurement strategies to support the project's objectives.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to identify and define procurement requirements.
- Prepare and manage procurement documentation, including RFQs, RFPs, and contracts.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential suppliers and subcontractors.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions with suppliers and subcontractors.
- Monitor supplier performance and resolve any issues that arise.
- Proven experience as a Procurement Lead or similar role in the civil infrastructure sector.
- Strong knowledge of procurement processes and practices.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office and procurement software.
