Job Title: Procurement Lead
Location: Sydney, New South Wales
Contract Duration: 6-9 months, temporary role
Company: A leading principle contractor in the civil infrastructure sector is seeking a Procurement Lead to join their team in Sydney. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a major infrastructure project.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement procurement strategies to support the project's objectives.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to identify and define procurement requirements.
• Prepare and manage procurement documentation, including RFQs, RFPs, and contracts.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential suppliers and subcontractors.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions with suppliers and subcontractors.
• Monitor supplier performance and resolve any issues that arise.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Procurement Lead or similar role in the civil infrastructure sector.
• Strong knowledge of procurement processes and practices.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office and procurement software.
