They have been in business over 20 years and have built up a fantastic client base in that time.

They are looking for an experienced HVAC Project Manager to oversee minor works projects across a wide range of commercial properties. 

This role focuses on projects under the $500k mark. The projects are service based replacement and re-fit in nature, rather than construction or fit-out jobs.

The Role

• Scoping and quoting repair, replacement, and re-fit projects
• Coordinating trades, suppliers, and subcontractors
• Ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget
• Managing client relationships and ensuring high-quality outcomes

About You

• Proven HVAC project management experience
• Strong knowledge of minor works repair & replacement projects
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• HVAC Technician background is preferred
