Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee mechanical works for water infrastructure projects, including pump stations, pipelines, and treatment plants.
- Liaise with contractors, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure project milestones are met.
- Ensure compliance with Sydney Water standards and other regulatory requirements.
- Prepare project reports, schedules, and technical documentation.
- Coordinate and resolve any site or design issues during project delivery.
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- Proven experience in water infrastructure projects (Sydney Water experience highly regarded).
- Strong understanding of pump stations, pipelines, and treatment plant operations.
- Ability to work autonomously and deliver results within tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Competitive daily rate, paid on a contractor basis.
