Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the planning, coordination, and execution of road construction activities.
- Support the Senior Engineers with day-to-day site management, ensuring the project meets quality, safety, and environmental standards.
- Perform site inspections and liaise with subcontractors and suppliers.
- Assist with the preparation of project documentation, reports, and drawings.
- Monitor project progress and provide updates to the project team.
- Contribute to ensuring work is completed on schedule and within budget.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Previous internship or site experience (preferred but not essential).
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing project demands.
- Basic knowledge of road construction processes and standards is advantageous.
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
