Privately owned commercial air conditioning contractor covering Service and Install across the Sydney Metro Area. 

They have brought new management into the business, and they are targeting 2025 as a major growth year. 

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead a team of technicians across service and installation projects.
• Perform hands-on work, including diagnostics, maintenance, and installations.
• Plan, coordinate, and oversee day-to-day operations to ensure project timelines and standards are met.
• Provide technical guidance and support to team members.
• Liaise with clients, providing professional communication and problem resolution.
• Ensure compliance with safety and industry standards.
• Utilize Uptick (or similar systems) for job management and reporting.
• Liaise with Clients, Service Coordinators and Management
• Provide regular updates directly to the NSW General Manager 
• Prepare accurate, detailed, and competitive quotations to address client requirements and secure new business.

Qualifications & experience

• Current Air Conditioning and Refrigeration trade qualifications.
• White Card.
• ARC License.
• Current full drivers license.
• A positive attitude, flexibility, and willingness to develop skills.
