Summary

CGC Recruitment are working exclusively with a well established, tier 3 commercial building head contractor to source a HSE Advisor to play a key role within the wider business. An opportunity that will provide you with a diverse range of tasks and plenty of variety, developing HSE systems and processes across the business. 

A proactive role that suits an industry professional who enjoys being busy and wants to make an impact in the business. Working in close collaboration with the senior leadership & site delivery teams, you will be a conduit and go to person within the business for all things HSE, with some support from an external consultant. 

Joining a business that has grown over the past 3 years, this role will see you wearing multiple hats in a hybrid role, being based from the office and establishing HSE plans and documents, whilst also getting out on site to see what's happening on the ground on projects with the PM's and site delivery teams. 

The Opportunity & Benefits

An opportunity and career pathway to further development and progression within the business, this is a permanent long term hire for the company. Salary will be aligned with experience, however will be within the $90-110k + Super + Vehicle allowance ballpark. Head office is NOR, and sites are typically across Perth metro area. 

You'll also gain exposure to a variety of construction projects and sites, typically ranging in value from $500k up to $15m on commercial new builds, refurbishments and fit out projects.
