About the Builder
Reporting to the Head of Safety and working closely with the Site Managers you will be required to ensure that safety and compliance is maintain across a high end, prestigious apartment block on the lower nth shore. Residential experience is not a necessity however experience within the mid-tier construction market is essential.

Duties
- Managing and administering safety systems
- Promoting a safety focused culture
- Undertaking audits to ensure compliance with WHS, Injury Management and QA policies and procedures.
- Input data into Procore
- Conduct Risk Assessments and drive risk control
- Conduct ITPs
- Ability to understand and interpret policies
- Develop and execute best practice and stay up to speed with industry legislations.
- Cert IV in Work Health & Safety.
- Proficiency in Integrated Management Systems and knowledge of ISO9001 & AS/NZ4801 standards.
- Experience using online safety management system
- Certificate in Training & Assessment.
- Strong policy-writing and internal auditing skills.
- Procore experience (preferred but not essential).
- Knowledge of environmental compliance.
