The Company

Position
  • Reporting into the Site Manager you will help oversee the completion of a $15M at an Aged Care or Allied Health project in the Ballina region
  • The scope of works will include a complete refurbishment to an existing premises with some new build elements. You will likely only complete a 5 day working week unless special out of hours asks are required 
  • The site will be operational throughout the upgrade so the successful candidate will understand how to operate in a live environments and be good at dealing site and public safety.
  • The Project Management team will be based out of Sydney and will regularly visit site and provide support
  • This is a full time role with forwarding work after the completion of this project

Background / Experience
  • Trade with additional tertiary building qualification advantageous
  • Demonstrated ability to have independently delivered projects in excess of $10M, ideally more than 2 or 3 from start to finish
  • Have experience working on refurbishment projects in the commercial sector
  • Ability to build relationships and manage personnel tooperate cohesively in a team environment
  • Strong technical, planning & programming skills
  • Extensive knowledge around logistical planning in live environments
  • Good safety & company system management skills
