The Company - Our client is a leading residential builder that has more than doubled in size over the past two years.
- They employ a professional and dedicated team of approximately 120 staff, led by well-known and respected veterans in the industry.
- They have adopted processes expected of a tier-two market company and demonstrate a high commitment to safety.
- Projects typically range from $30M to $200M, primarily in the residential sector, with some commercial work.
- They have secured forward contracts until 2026, ensuring job security for their employees.
The Position - Supporting the Site Manager on a luxury apartment build (35 units, 5 story) valued at $30M, you will be responsible for coordinating the site program, managing trades, and overseeing the plant and equipment on site.
- Alongside the Site Manager, your role will be to ensure the project is completed on time, within budget, and delivered safely and to the highest standards.
- The salary will depend on experience, with figures between $160K – $170K + super expected.
Ideal Background - Carpentry trade
- Experience working on residential projects, ideally luxury apartments
- Ability to manage subcontractors to operate in a cohesive environment while monitoring on-site safety regulations
- Demonstrated strong communication and leadership qualities
- Provide advice and support to staff as required
- Valid driver's license
