We are working with commercial building company in Brisbane, who are expanding their team!  They would like to hire talented Commercial Estimator to help continue delivering high-quality projects.
About the Role:
As a Commercial Estimator, you’ll play a key role in the pre-construction phase, ensuring that all our projects are delivered on time and within budget. You will be responsible for:

• Preparing accurate and detailed cost estimates for commercial construction projects
• Analysing blueprints, specifications, and tender documents
• Conducting site visits to assess project requirements
• Collaborating with project managers, architects, and subcontractors
• Reviewing and managing bids, contracts, and variations

  
What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience as a Commercial Estimator in the construction industry
• Strong knowledge of commercial construction methods and cost management
• Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills
• Ability to work to deadlines and manage multiple projects
• Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Relevant qualifications in construction or quantity surveying (preferred)
