As their business continues to grow year on year, they are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Estimator to join their dynamic team due to an internal promotion.

As their business continues to grow year on year, they are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Estimator to join their dynamic team due to an internal promotion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and interpret project plans, specifications, and other documentation to prepare accurate cost estimates.
- Conduct quantity take-offs and prepare detailed cost breakdowns for materials, and other expenses.
- Collaborate with the sales and project management teams to develop competitive bids and proposals.
- Communicate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain pricing and ensure accurate cost estimates.
- Monitor and analyze project costs against estimates and adjust future estimates as needed.
- Assist in value engineering and alternative material selections to provide cost-effective solutions for clients.
- Proven experience as an Estimator in the construction and/or building materials industry.
- Knowledge of wall paneling, ceilings/partitions, interior lining or joinery is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
- Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
