About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated ESD Engineer to join our client's dynamic team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in healthcare projects and possess essential expertise in IED (Integrated Environmental Design) modelling. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to cutting-edge projects and make a significant impact on the sustainability of the built environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sustainable design strategies for a variety of building projects, with a particular focus on healthcare facilities.
• Conduct IED modelling to assess and optimize environmental performance, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate ESD principles into building designs.
• Provide technical advice and support to clients, project teams, and stakeholders on sustainability-related matters.
• Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and documentation to communicate sustainability outcomes and recommendations.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in sustainable design.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering, Sustainability, Building Services, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in ESD engineering, with a strong focus on healthcare projects.
• Proficiency in IED modelling and other relevant software tools.
• In-depth knowledge of sustainability standards, guidelines, and rating systems.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
