The Role
Are you a running a Dry Fire team already, but looking for a new challenge?
Are you a Senior PM or Construction Manager looking to build your own team and be responsible for growing a new division?
Our client is a well-established Fire Protection contractor who are setting up a brand new Dry Fire Install Division, and they need someone to lead it.
Their Dry fire install work is currently subcontracted out, but they now want to forge their own division and bring everything under their own management.
You'll be responsible for:

- Hiring
- Reporting to Management

- Excellent communication
- Project management knowledge
- Financial management
- Business Development - the role is very client facing
- People management - you'll be hiring, building and managing team around you
