They are looking to engage an Executive Director who is experienced in Industrial Projects or with experience working for a builder, to lead this growing and booming business! This opportunity is based close to Sydney CBD and offers WFH flexibility.

You will:

• Build and mentor a team of experienced Project Managers 
• Bring in new connections and networks from your industry sectors
• Identify and manage construction risks throughout the build and development process
• Provide strategic advice and implement strategies that aid the business through to the bottom line 
• Have a positive and optimistic attitude
• Be responsible for stakeholder management, team management, and driving business growth
• Be the business face to the clients

You will have:

• Tertiary qualification in construction management, engineering, architecture, or similar.
• Minimum 10+ years’ experience delivering Industrial or similar projects from start to finish
• The ability to build and mentor a team of professionals 
• A go-getting attitude to retain existing clients whilst bringing in new business for the company
• Strong Stakeholder or client relationship skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong ability to prioritize tasks
• Construction, build, or civil background/exposure.
• Additional bonus – Exposure to working with commercial warehousing infrastructure.
