• Role open due to growth within the HI and SI space. 

The Position
  
Reporting into the head of design and working closely with your site team you will be work across either a health or schools infrastructure project valued to $70M. You will have the option of being based in head office or out on site,
  
What You’ll Do:

• Oversee and guide the design process, ensuring compliance with Australian Standards and BCA.
• Work across the tendering and ECI phase
• Manage project administration to reach project milestones, approvals, procurement, and construction documentation.
• Drive sustainability initiatives (Green Star/NABERS) and safety in design.
• Oversea consultants, subcontractors, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality outcomes from a design and value engineering perspective
• Help run meetings and workshops as required
• Comply with HSEQ requirements

What You Bring:

• Degree in a relevant discipline.
• 5+ years of Design Management experience, including 1-2 yrs in a leadership role.
• Strong technical knowledge of design software, BCA, and project planning.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Would consider someone wanting to transfer from Architecture if you have School or Health Infrastructure experience

You will be office based in the North Sydney however have regular visits to sites to attend meetings and help coordinate consultants as required.
  
Salary will be in line with experience and the market but figures between 180K – 200K can be expected
