Well known and respected builder who operate in QLD NSW and VIC dominate the Industrial market and are looking for some key staff to assist them with their QLD projects, where the team is ever growing. Their offices are located on the southside of Brisbane near Logan.

Their QLD branch have been operating for nearly 15 years and they are known for delivering Commercial and Industrial projects from $10M to $80M.
  
The role – Contracts Administrator
We are looking for a CA to join the QLD team and initially help a PM deliver an $18M project.
  
You will be based half on site and half in the office.
  
Ideal background

• Construction Management degree or trade background 
• Experience working with a commercial builder of a similar size
• Anything from 3 to 10 years plus as a CA
• Industrial experience would be an advantage, but not essential
• Be well presented, have good communication and be looking for a long term career opportunity 
• Able to lead a team where necessary
