We are currently seeking an experienced Contract Administrator for a 12-week contract with a view to extend. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic team working on a $60M new build project. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and administer contracts from award through to final completion.
- Oversee project documentation, including contracts, variations, and claims.
- Ensure compliance with contract terms and conditions.
- Liaise with project managers, clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Track project costs and ensure they remain within budget.
- Assist in managing progress claims, payments, and invoicing.
- Address any issues related to contract performance, delays, or disputes.
- Proven experience as a Contract Administrator in the construction industry.
- Experience working on large-scale projects, preferably new builds.
- Job Pac systems experience
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities under pressure.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
