Job description

We are currently seeking an experienced Contract Administrator for a 12-week contract with a view to extend. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic team working on a $60M new build project. If you are ready to hit the ground running and bring your expertise to a high-profile project, this is the role for you!
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and administer contracts from award through to final completion.
  • Oversee project documentation, including contracts, variations, and claims.
  • Ensure compliance with contract terms and conditions.
  • Liaise with project managers, clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
  • Track project costs and ensure they remain within budget.
  • Assist in managing progress claims, payments, and invoicing.
  • Address any issues related to contract performance, delays, or disputes.
Key Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Contract Administrator in the construction industry.
  • Experience working on large-scale projects, preferably new builds.
  • Job Pac systems experience 
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
