Location: South Sydney
Contract Duration: Few Weeks (ASAP Start)
We are a reputable mid-tier builder based in South Sydney, seeking an experienced Contract Administrator to cover for an absent team member for a few weeks. If you're available immediately and have experience using Cheops systems, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
  • Managing contracts and subcontractors.
  • Processing and tracking project costs and budgets.
  • Handling procurement and invoicing.
  • Ensuring compliance with contractual obligations.
  • Maintaining project documentation and reporting.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in contract administration within the construction industry.
  • Strong proficiency with Cheops systems is essential.
  • Ability to start immediately and commit to a short-term contract.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and attention to detail.
