About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Contract Administrator to join our team for a high-profile fit-out project valued at $6 million. This is a 4-week contract role with the potential for extension based on project needs.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and manage job packages
  • Review and process payment applications
  • Maintain and update project documentation in Procore
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure compliance with contracts
  • Assist in resolving any contract-related issues that may arise
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in contract administration
  • Strong knowledge of job packages and payment applications
  • Proficiency in Procore
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure
