Contract Administrator – Health Project (8-Month Contract)
Location: Sydney, NSW (Office-Based with Site Travel)
Start Date: September 2024
Are you a skilled Contract Administrator with experience in managing large-scale health projects? We have an exciting opportunity for an 8-month contract role based in our Sydney office, with travel to site locations (expenses covered).
Role Overview: As a Contract Administrator, you'll play a critical role in the successful delivery of a major health project. You’ll be responsible for the management of head contracts, subcontracts, and overall financial administration. Your expertise with Cheops and Aconex systems will be crucial to ensuring efficient project administration and compliance.

- Travel to various site locations as required to oversee contract execution and resolve on-site issues.
- Proven experience in contract administration within the construction or health sector. Min 5 years' experience
- Proficiency in Cheops and Aconex systems.
- Strong skills in managing contracts, subcontracts, and financial processes.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to travel to project sites across NSW.
