We are currently seeking a highly motivated Quantity Surveyor/Contract Administrator to join our client for a 3-month contract-based role with an opportunity to extend.
Responsibilities:

• Procurement of trades
• Contract management 

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Previous experience in quantity surveying and contract administration on commercial new build projects with tier 1 or 2 builders
• Acconex systems knowledge a must
• Worked on projects of $100m plus
