Overview
CGC Recruitment are currently working in partnership with a medium sized, well established and well regarded Perth based building head contractor who specialise in delivering commercial and industrial construction projects up to $15m.
The Client
Having been established within the WA Construction market for over 20 years, they have successfully delivered a range of D&C projects, typically ranging from $1m up to $15m, and are specialists in industrial construction projects utilising tilt up panels.
Whether it be a new Education, Government, Childcare or Industrial / Warehouse construction project, the team have the skillset, experience and reputation for delivering a diverse project range.
The Role - Contract Administrator
As a Contract Administrator, you will be responsible for taking the lead on projects, working closely with the Project Manager and construction delivery team, managing all subcontractors, RFI's, variations, selecting sub-contractors, invoices etc.
Joining a business who have a proven background and philosophy of doing right by their clients, subbys and employees, you'll be joining a business where they will be a clear and defined career pathway, perfect for an ambitious CA who has plans to develop into a Project Manager.

The client are ideally seeking a CA with proven experience in either the commercial or industrial building market with 2+ years experience, with relevant degree qualifications in either Construction Management or Quantity Surveying.
